Full-bodied and rich in the mouth, it is a testimony to the successful extraction from fully matures grapes. The tannins are powerful and silky, while the finish is elegant.The superb texture of this wine demonstrates of the maturity of this 2014 harvest and foretells a great cellaring potential

Vinification
Fermentation in thermoregulated inox tanks. Aging 16 months in oak barrels, a third of which are young. Traditional fining with egg whites

Optimal Tasting period: 2025

Sold in boxes of 6 bottles or 20 € per bottle.

The dress is of a pretty purple purple with violet reflections.

Mouth
